Liwin holding is managed by Mrs. Wilfrida A Oduor (Director) and Lady Lillian A. Oduor (Manager). Who are both upcoming business ladies with a vision of promoting traditionally rich menu of the Luo culture hence conserving and promoting culture within modern times and beyond.

Liwins Cafe is currently based at the Kenya Pipeline Restaurant Complex Kisumu depot at the shores of Lake Victoria, one of its venue that offers a varied choice, of the traditional and oriental cuisine as one such place. In fact, Liwin, now five years old, offers both traditional and oriental cuisine where Kisumu has few options of eating such meals. So, the cuisine here is suited to the locals and visitors alike.
